The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Outside you'll find a casita which is the perfect spot to watch the game or get some work done. It has a kitchenette, pullout sofa, and desk. There are a total of 3 televisions in the space, all equipped with streaming capabilities and Netflix access via Starlink internet. The outdoor space is a great place to roast marshmallows under the Texas stars at night. Other Details to Note

This home is located in the country, so while we do regular maintenance and pest control, there are dirt, stickers, and bugs. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. No cats as we are highly allergic. Please list animals on booking. Airbnb pet fee is required. The only true fenced area of the yard is around the home and casita. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video in the front of the property. PET POLICIES: -2 DOGS MAXIMUM PER BOOKING; NO CATS AS WE ARE HIGHLY ALLERGIC. *More than one dog per booking is up to hosts’ discretion. If you are found to have more animals than listed on the booking, you are subject to $200 in addition to extra cleaning charges if necessary. -No pets on the furniture please. Use furniture covers just in case -Please do not leave pets unattended in the backyard. A crate is highly encouraged when you leave. -Please pick up after your pet. We provide bags. A $50 fine will be charged if our cleaning team has to spend extra time picking up dog poop in the backyard. -Any property damage or pet accidents are subject to additional fees. If more animals are brought to the property, other than what is listed in the booking, you are subject to an additional $200 fee. HOUSE RULES: -NO parties of any kind-any guests not listed in the booking needed to be brought to the attention of the host ahead of time -We have a septic. Do not flush anything other than the toilet paper provided -Do not put food excessive amounts of food down the sink -Do not leave trash bags on back porch or in backyard -If using the fire pit, please place lid on when you are done using it each time -No smoking of any kind or vaping -Report any damages to the host immediately IN GENERAL, BE RESPECTFUL & TREAT THIS LIKE YOUR HOME :)

This place was exactly what we were looking for, and even better than expected! Lauren was a great host. Very responsive and considerate to making our stay as nice as possible. We loved how private and peaceful this was. You enter the gated area and quickly realize how nice the property is with all the surrounding trees. The place was very nice and clean. It was great how Lauren has notes around for special instructions, very organized. We used the outdoor grill which was great and easy to use. We also had the fire pit going and enjoyed the clear sky with all the stars. We would definitely be happy to come back and stay again. Thank you Lauren, everything was great!

Met some out of town family here to celebrate Christmas together and this was the perfect place! Brought two dogs along with us and the fenced yard was a HUGE plus! The privacy and scenery was so beautiful. Hosts left lots of amenities for you to use and everything was so clean! We will definitely stay here again!

This was one of the cleanest, most thoughtfully organized airbnbs we have stayed in! Linens were fresh, beds and furniture were comfortable, every kitchen item we might need was provided. Lauren's place was peaceful and comfortable, tucked among trees and not visible from the road, creating a great space for us to enjoy a long holiday weekend. I would 10/10 recommend.

We rented this awesome home for 10 days while we were in the area. This home was beyond perfect! Private, comfortable and just outstanding. Lauren the host was super responsive. In fact the one issue we had with the dryer was fixed same day. We would absolutely stay again. They do a great job and was the perfect place for us. So glad we found this home. Being in the vacation rental business at home in Montana these folks do it right. Stay at this home if you want quiet and comfortable place to base out of.

It was a very peaceful stay in the Texas countryside. Our highlight of the location was sitting outside stargazing late into the evening. We found the home itself to be spacious, comfortable, clean, and well presented. The lounge, kitchen, and out building provide a lot room to spread out, cook, play, or chill. Very glad we found the listing.

This was a great find for 3 of us attending the Roundtop antique show. We enjoyed eating breakfast in every day and appreciated the regular coffee pot option. The filtered water pitcher was great for filling all our water bottles for the day ahead. Lauren's home was clean, comfortable and we all felt very safe.

This was our second time staying here. The house is SPOTLESS. I felt comfortable with my toddler crawling around on the floor, using the tub, high chair, etc. Even surrounded by central Texas dirt - the house has been pristine both times. The set up is perfect for our family and the hosts thought of everything you could need. It’s very private and peaceful. We will definitely keep coming back.
