Get up early Saturday morning to experience the tastes and smells of the famous Snow's BBQ or spend your time decompressing from city life by venturing to nearby state parks or antiquing.

The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Outside you'll find a casita which is the perfect spot to watch the game or get some work done. It has a kitchenette, pullout sofa, and desk. There are a total of 3 televisions in the space, all equipped with streaming capabilities and Netflix access via Starlink internet. The outdoor space is a great place to roast marshmallows under the Texas stars at night. Other Details to Note

This home is located in the country, so while we do regular maintenance and pest control, there are dirt, stickers, and bugs. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. No cats as we are highly allergic. Please list animals on booking. Airbnb pet fee is required. The only true fenced area of the yard is around the home and casita. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video in the front of the property. PET POLICIES: -1 DOG MAXIMUM PER BOOKING; NO CATS AS WE ARE HIGHLY ALLERGIC. *More than one dog per booking is up to hosts’ discretion. If you are found to have more animals than listed on the booking, you are subject to $200 in addition to extra cleaning charges if necessary. -No pets on the furniture please. Use furniture covers just in case -Please do not leave pets unattended in the backyard. A crate is highly encouraged when you leave. -Please pick up after your pet. We provide bags. A $50 fine will be charged if our cleaning team has to spend extra time picking up dog poop in the backyard. -Any property damage or pet accidents are subject to additional fees. If more animals are brought to the property, other than what is listed in the booking, you are subject to an additional $200 fee. HOUSE RULES: -NO parties of any kind-any guests not listed in the booking needed to be brought to the attention of the host ahead of time -We have a septic. Do not flush anything other than the toilet paper provided -Do not put food excessive amounts of food down the sink -Do not leave trash bags on back porch or in backyard -If using the fire pit, please place lid on when you are done using it each time -No smoking of any kind or vaping -Report any damages to the host immediately IN GENERAL, BE RESPECTFUL & TREAT THIS LIKE YOUR HOME :)

Lauren and Ian’s home was warm, cozy, and inviting. From the moment we pulled up, my family and I felt completely at ease—it truly felt like a home away from home. We made the trip to Lexington to visit Snow’s BBQ, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just about 15 minutes away. Lauren was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all my questions promptly both before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great location, especially if you are headed to Snow’s BBQ! Very peaceful and relaxing property. Plenty of space to spread out in the main house and the “casita” where some of us would hang out and watch TV, while others rested in the main house. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of cups, plates, cutlery, etc for six people to enjoy multiple meals before we ran the dishwasher on our last day. Overall, lovely property with lots of little niceties like cozy blankets to make you feel right at home. Thanks for a great stay!

Exactly what we were looking for. Lauren's house was the perfect refuge for our Snow's BBQ weekend! The six of us (three adult couples) stayed Friday and Saturday nights and found everything to be clean, comfy, peaceful and well equipped. When we had a couple questions, she was extremely responsive and friendly. I highly recommend her place, especially if you're headed to Snow's. You can't beat the proximity, which is important if you're waking before dawn to secure your place in line (we were Nos. 27-32 when we arrived at 4:45 a.m.) and handy when you're ready to nap afterwards!

This place was fantastic for my group and myself! Lauren was extremely helpful from beginning to end. She was flexible with our party, helpful with any questions we had, and extremely accommodating to all our needs. The property is private and well maintained. The fire pit was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of seating! The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and everything was very clean! If I’m back in the area, I would stay here again!

I wish I could give 10 out 5 stars. This was, hands down, the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was thought of. We didn’t need any of the extra kitchen things we often bring to supplement a rental kitchen. The decor was gorgeous. Towels, showers, and beds were all perfect. Even our dog was chill and enjoyed the house!

This house is very cozy and a great place to relax. The house is secluded and the property is spacious and clean. You will feel right at home here. The house is tastefully decorated and well appointed. The master suite is very comfortable and make great use of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked and the secondary bedrooms are comfortable.

Lauren was so responsive and helpful. She checked in to see how we were doing and gave us some tips on places to go. We loved the house and the peacefulness. Just what was needed after the craziness of the Holidays in Houston. Would love to return at a later date

Lauren was amazing. We had zero issues but made some modifications to our reservations. The response was always fast. The location was perfect for us We had a couple of dogs and the yard was perfect for allowing the dogs to run around. It was one of the best stocked AirBNB's as far as plates, glassware, silverware and Coffee! WE can not Thank our host enough for their hospitality
